FAQs
What does a business development strategist do?
I help you work out where your best clients come from, who to talk to next, and what to say. You get a clear plan and someone to check it with.
How is this different from a sales coach or a marketing agency?
An agency runs things for you. A coach works on you. I work on your pipeline with you: a plan built for your business that you run yourself.
Do you do outreach or lead generation for me?
No. You run the plan and have the conversations. I give you the strategy, feedback and support.
I don’t have a system at all. Does that matter?
No. Most people I work with start from referrals and good intentions. We start from where you are.
Do I need a CRM or special tools?
No. You get a simple tracker, and we use what you already have.
What does it cost?
The Pipeline Strategy Session is $850. The Strategic Analysis is $2,000. The Monthly Partnership starts at $2,500/mo, based on scope, and is invoiced monthly.
Does the Session or Analysis count toward a bigger offer?
No. Each one stands on its own.
What size businesses do you work with?
Owners of small service businesses and startups, usually 1 to 3 people, who are good at the work and ready to grow.
Can you guarantee results?
No, and I’d be careful with anyone who does. What I promise is a clear plan, clear prices and honest feedback.
How often will I hear from you?
It depends on the offer. The Session and Analysis each come with a written plan and a follow-up conversation. Partnership clients get weekly check-ins.
Will I be working with Alli?
Yes, always.
